What types of aircraft did the Fleet Air Arm use during the Cold War period?

During the Cold War period the Navy designed larger, more powerful and faster types of aircraft. The piston engined aircraft gave way to jet powered aeroplanes. Helicoptors also became important combat vehicles in their own right.
