'Very, very excited, scared as well, very scared. I mean that was probably the most scared I was for the entire duration of our deployment, but not so scared that I mean I stopped, I was still in, obviously on a huge adrenaline high, I mean you could feel it, as it went round your body, bits of your body getting cold as it reached them. Yeah I was scared, although already I'm beginning to forget about it, I remember writing about it, it was probably the most scared I was at the time. When it was all over, it felt as if we'd won the war already, you know, great elation, although nothing had happened.'
