Captain Jimmy Pack describes changes in the welfare of naval personnel as a result of the mutiny at Invergordon
Transcript: "Interviewer: How did welfare change from Invergordon or did you notice any change after Invergordon in terms of welfare of the crew?
Pack: I didn’t personally because I wasn’t at Invergordon at the time of the mutiny but there’s no doubt that the officers were all chivvied to take more notice of their men through the Divisional System to understand their needs. Any complaints that they might have were really very much more part of their inner cell than they had been."
