The Royal Naval Museum is based in Portsmouth Dockyard and Portsmouth Royal Dockyard Historic Trust are supporting partners on the project. Without its own dedicated museum, the Portsmouth Royal Dockyard Historic Trust do not have a good way of showing off their collections. By working in partnership with the Sea Your History project, historic collections relating to Portsmouth Dockyard can be showcased and accessed via the website for all to enjoy.
